I regard the question: How can I improve my practice? as the important question for any professional, whatever profession.
ReplyDeleteIn my view any improvement is made by a sum of small real improvements.
Which are your small and real improvements, Kenyi?
I think to improve your practice as a professional person or facilitator require you to have enough internal dialogue on how best you can go about a topic or task.
