HARMONISING EQUAL LEARNING RATE .

The challenges of training are enormous, viewed from the perfective of both the student and the trainer. From the trainer point of view,we experience different levels and rates of perception while I as a trainer experience challenges of harmonizing the gab between the two categories of learners.
To over come my training challenges I feel the following options will improve in my practices.
-Participatory learning approach which includes:
  1. Group discussion approach
  2. Question and answer discussion
  3. Dramatizing certain information.
-Assigning out class exercise.
-Giving assessment exercise for the trainees.
-Evaluation of the trainer by the trainees.

  1. I find it very interesting to read this post of yours Kenyi and you make me feel curious when you are writing: "I as a trainer experience challenges of harmonizing the gap between the two categories of learners."

    Further you are pointing at:
    Participatory learning approach which includes:

    - Group discussion approach
    - Question and answer discussion
    - Dramatizing certain information.
    - Assigning out class exercise.
    - Giving assessment exercise for the trainees.
    - Evaluation of the trainer by the trainees.

These are all according to my understanding complementary teaching and learning activities in a holistic facilitation of participatory learning.

What I'm somewhat in doubt of is how you are able to harmonise an equal learning rate. And even if you were able to do so: What is the purpose of it?

Perhaps you will find some ideas via this link/URL: http://www.west.net/~ger/vygotsky.html
