MY BEST EXEPERIENCE DURING VTE WORKSHOP.

I.Daniel Kenyi was in learning group four(4).
In this group the member were Batali from NPA Mine Action , Nasra from NPA Vocational Training Centre, Nsubuga NPA Vocational Training Centre I,Daniel Kenyi NPA Agric prog.
This learning group has been of much importance to me because which were not spelt out clearly by the workshop facilitator would be clearly explained by any member of the group.More so to me I gained ideas from my group member especially from Nasra who has been so cooperative and ready for consultation.
HARMONISING EQUAL LEARNING RATE .
The challenges of training are enormous, viewed from the perfective of both the student and the trainer. From the trainer point of view,we experience different levels and rates of perception while I as a trainer experience challenges of harmonizing the gab between the two categories of learners.
To over come my training challenges I feel the following options will improve in my practices.
-Participatory learning approach which includes:
-Giving assessment exercise for the trainees.
-Evaluation of the trainer by the trainees.
